Plümat BFH 312 6/2 QCB 30 infusion bag filling & closing machine for PO-/PVC-bags „Flexibags“, manual infeed of the pre-made bags, printing of the variable data on the bags using a hot foil printer, Endress + Hauser dosing/filling-system with a filling accuracy of +/- 1% at 100 to 300 ml. including CIP/SIP-system, closing station for PO-bags (spike ports) and closing station for PVC-bags (spike ports), optical inspection of the bags with three inspection places for three persons, after the inspection the „good“ bags are automatically transferred to the overwrapping machine for packing the IV-bags in protection bags, the finished bags exit the Plümat machine via a Bizerba CWE check weigher (max. 3000 g) and a Stäubli CS8 CHP TX200 industrial robot with 6 axis which picks up the individual IV-bags and puts them automatically into grid boxes for post-sterilisation, current bag sizes approx. 190,5 x 103 x 15 mm (200 ml.) and approx. 200 x 103 x 15 mm (250 ml.), capacity up to 1.760 bags per hour (mechanical speed) includes separate semi-automatic packing line comprising Bedo V1112 case erector. The IV-bags coming from the steriliser are placed manually in a transport chain moving the bags through a drying tunnel and then automatically placing them inside the erected cases (2 stations), Mettler-Toledo check weigher for checking the packed cases, Bluhm-Weber Geset 750 label applicator for putting labels on the cases with Seidenader TnT PalletUnit Track&Trace-System, manual closing of the cases
